About the project

Engineering-Construction Company JSC is the main contractor for the construction of a logistics centre in the village of Parvomaytsi, Gorna Oryahovitsa municipality, in the Halgas locality. The project is a modern logistics centre intended for warehousing, storage, handling and dispatch of goods, complemented by the necessary administrative and staff facilities, internal circulation, parking and associated technical infrastructure. With a gross built-up area of 4,785 m², the facility is designed for the efficient organisation of warehousing and logistics processes and for convenient transport and service access. As main contractor, the company is responsible for the overall organisation and execution of the construction works, the coordination of the individual stages, and the delivery of the project in accordance with the approved design documentation and regulatory requirements.
